The Range held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on January 16th, 2025, via Zoom, with 30 Members in attendance.

During the meeting, the Membership approved the 2023-2024 Audited Financial Statements, appointed Jamieson Mullin Chartered Professional Accountants as Auditors for the upcoming fiscal year, and approved the Housing Charge Payment & Arrears Policy.

Additionally, three new Board Members were acclaimed: two Resident Directors, Dale Smith and Jeremy Day, and one Non-Resident Director, Dr. Julia Woodhall-Melnick. Congratulations to the new Board Members!

We would like to recognize Don Connolly, Karen Brodeur, and Kit Hickey, all founding Board Members who have served since The Range’s incorporation. These three Members have recently stepped down from The Range Board, after making invaluable contributions, dedicating countless hours, and sharing their expertise throughout the acquisition process and ongoing development projects. We are deeply grateful for their continued dedication and support!
