The Range received funding to support the development of four new Visart Street Units through the City of Saint John’s Affordable
Housing Grant.

A building location survey was completed to determine the building proximity to property lines, as this may impact the type of exterior siding
needed. There will be an additional cost associated with the subdivision and real property survey.

The framing is now complete for the 4 new Visart Street units.
