We are looking for Members interested in volunteering to join an upcoming Bylaw Review Committee. The committee’s Terms of Reference have been circulated to all Range Members and outline the purpose and goals of the Bylaw Review process.

Joining the committee is a unique opportunity to shape the rules and governance of your co-operative. Members on the committee will:

• Review and suggest updates to The Range’s Bylaws to ensure they are current, clear, and legally compliant (Bylaws must be consistent with the provincial Co-operatives Act.)
• Gather input and feedback from co-op members
• Consider best practices in co-operative governance
• Prepare proposed Bylaw changes for Board review
• Help ensure updates reflect the needs, values, and practices of the co-op

Being part of this process gives you a direct voice in how The Range is run and ensures that decisions are guided by members like you. Your knowledge, ideas, and perspective can make a lasting impact on the co-op and help strengthen the community for everyone.
